Our Pathologists

Dr Mark Tschuchnigg is a senior Anatomical Pathologist based at Australian Clinical Labs.

Dr Tschuchnigg is a medical graduate of the University of NSW and completed his physician and pathology training at Westmead and St Vincents Hospitals. In 1993 he joined Davies Campbell de Lambert Pathology, which would later become a part of Healthscope Pathology and is now part of Australian Clinical Labs.

Since joining, Dr Tschuchnigg has remained primarily focused on histopathology and cytology reporting, whilst also holding a VMO appointment to the Western Sydney Area Health service (ICPMR Westmead) with a particular interest in haematopathology. Dr Tschuchnigg has held a long standing commitment in providing diagnostic services to The Strathfield Breast Centre since 1989, which includes the provision of important consultative advice to doctors in assisting with the management of breast cancer patients.
